Value Adding – Intermediate

This process allows you take one or more bulk commodities out of a storage, add value by putting through one or more processes and create one or more new commodities and update storages.

Select Value Adding / Jobs from the Menu Bar

The Select Work Order screen will display

Select Type – Intermediate
Select – New Work Order
Click on Open

Select the Input Commodities to the Job
Select the Storages that they are coming from
Enter the Input Qty of each Commodity

Select the Processes
Enter Process quantities
Enter Process Rates

Select the Output Commodities
Select the Output Storages
Enter the Output Quantities

Click on Save to save this VA Job or Click on Finalise to Save VA Job and Process.

Blending of Grades Example

The following example will reduce APW Wheat in Silo 5 by 3 tonnes.

And will increase APH1 Wheat in Silo 16 by 3 tonnes.
