Market Position Report
The Market Position Report is created by setting up Pricing Points.
Follow the steps below to produce your Market Position.
Create Pricing Points
- Click on Utility
- Click on List Management
- Drop the List down
- Click on Pricing Points
- Click on Add and type in your required Pricing Points
Those listed here are an example. You may wish to use different names.
- Click OK when you have finished entering your Pricing Points.
Assign Pricing Points to Contracts
- Select each current contract
- Drop down the Pricing Point List
- Select the relevant Pricing Point for this Contract
- Click on Save
- Click on Close
Continue this procedure for each current contract.
Enter current commodity prices for each Pricing Point
- Click on View
- Click on Pricing Points
Enter the current Daily Market Price for each commodity at each Pricing Point.
- Double click in the Price box
- Enter the price
- Press ENTER to record the price
Continue this procedure until all prices have been entered. These prices will need to be maintained on a regular basis.
Print Market Position Report
- Click Reports
- Click Contracts
- Click Position Report
- Click on Zone selection
- Select All Commodities or Single Commodity
- Select Spread Range
- Select All Pricing Points or a Single Pricing Point
- Click on Print to produce report
