Grain Trader has sophisticated, flexible functions for searching and reporting on Loads. You access this from the Utility | Load Search menu. You can search by specifying filters using one or any number of the more than 100 search fields, effectively designing your own report that you can view on the screen, print to a summary report or export directly into an Excel spreadsheet (if you have that program installed) for further analysis or printing.

There are two components you might want to configure: Filters and Layouts. Then learn how to Work with the results grid to further customise and print or export your results.
