Grain Trader has sophisticated, flexible functions for searching and reporting on Loads. You access this from the Utility | Load Search menu.

You can search by specifying filters using one or any number of around 50 search fields, effectively designing your own report that you can view on the screen, print to a summary report or export directly into an Excel spreadsheet (if you have that program installed) for further analysis or printing.

There are two components you might want to configure: Layouts and Filters. Then learn how to Work with the results grid to further customise and print or export your results.
