All attempts to send SMS Messages are logged, whether successful or not. Information logged includes the date, time, Grain Trader user, destination name and number, message text and service provider response.

Access the report from the Reports | Other Reports | SMS Log Report menu, which displays the criterion selection window:

Note that if you tick the Include message text checkbox the number of pages required for the report might increase substantially.

SMS Log records are included in those that are purged when you execute a Purge Database operation.
