Stocktake Points
Insert or Edit a Stocktake Entry Point
The purpose of this function is to allow the operator to reset the stock level of a single item at some point in time, either currently or in the past.
Insert a Stocktake Entry Point
- Click on Utility Menu
- Click on Stocktake
- Click on By Commodity + Storage
- Click OK to remove the Stocktake Caution message box
Select the Inventory Item you wish to work with.
You will notice in the Prior Stocktake Dates box any previous Stocktake Entries that have been done on this item.
If you wish to edit a previous Entry:
- Click on the Date
- Click on Edit
- Adjust the Qty or Ave Price
- Click on Apply
- Click on Close
When you click on OK or Close, the following message box is displayed. Make your option and click on either YES or NO. Normally you would select YES.
Insert New Stocktake Entry Point
- Click on the New button
- Select the date of the Stocktake Point
- Enter the Qty
- Enter the Ave cost Price
- Click on Apply
- Click on Yes to the Update Commodity message
