182: Print both deliver to lines on load advices

Both deliver to lines are now printed on load advices.

184: Assignable footnote text for Dispatch and Carrier advices

Editable footnotes have been added to both dispatch and carrier advices. The footnote text can be edited from Utility | Program Options | Loads | Footnote Text.

185: Report: new commodity report

A new report has been added. The Storage Summary report can be accessed from the Reports | Commodity menu.

188: Load Search Utility, From All Storages nothing to print

If you selected From All Storages or To All Storages as part of your search criteria, nothing would be printed, even if there were loads that fit the criteria. This has been fixed.
