181: Batch Value Adding changes

Some changes were made to the way Batch Value Adding jobs are imported.

176: Can't receipt loads with additional charges

If an entered load had additional charges, it was possible when attempting to receipt the load that an error could be produced (data on screen has changed...). The problem was caused by an incorrect calculation of the additional charges to 4 decimal places, instead of 2. This has been fixed.
