286: RCTI totals don't match load

It was possible for a Load to be saved with a pickup weight that had 4+ decimal places, which could cause RCTIs to show unexpected totals. This has been fixed.

287: Contract Carry error

If you were not using carry on a contract, it was possible for an error to be produced indicating the carry dates were incorrect. This has been fixed.
