500: Add "Check for Updates" option to Help menu

Implemented. This option will check to see if your copy of GT Weighbridge is up to date (requires Internet connection), and if not, provide a link to the Download and Release Notes areas on the CDA Website.

498: Error 381 when saving Options

It was possible under some circumstances to get Error 381: Invalid Property Array Index when saving Options. This has been fixed.

499: List of available COM ports not complete in Options

It was possible for the list of available serial (COM) ports shown on the Options window to be incomplete. This has been fixed.
