- For clients with a current Software Maintenance Subscription, for items not covered under that subscription (including travel time): $66 including GST.
- For all other clients (including travel time): $132 including GST. A minimum one-hour charge applies to all non-maintenance incidents.
- Travel required for on-site visits is also charged at $0.13 per kilometer, including GST
