174: Allow printing of spread from contract form

It is now possible to print an anticpated spread from the contract spread form, using the new Print button.

172: Average cost calculation for Load

On loads from supplier to storage, if you chose a source storage, the average cost of the destination storage would be calculated using the average cost of the source storage, rather than the entered cost of the load. This has been fixed so that the load cost is used instead. The source average cost will still be used for loads from storage.
