Can I Implement Joomla! Myself?

Of course you can! Start at the Joomla! home. Organize your domain name and hosting provider, and install Joomla! and whichever add-ons you want on your web server. Decide on a template and customise it if you need to, then start putting your content in, right from your web browser. If you've got the time and some web expertise you can do it. There's a learning curve of course, and although you might be able to get away without it, some knowledge of databases, FTP, HTML and CSS technologies is a definite advantage.
