Licensing and Support

CDA EasyTeam uses a simple licensing model, making it suitable for sporting clubs of all sizes. The licensee (for example this often means "club") can use the program on as many computers as required within that organisation. We define a licensee as the single legal entity whose name is supplied at the time of product registration.

Two licence types are available for CDA EasyTeam.

Demo/Lite Licence

You can download and try CDA EasyTeam for up to 30 days without registering the software. This gives you time to look at the sample data (or enter your own) and see if the program meets your needs.

If your club has 50 or fewer active playing members you can convert your Demo Licence into a Lite Licence for free. That's right, gratis! Use CDA EasyTeam with our compliments, for as long as you have 50 or fewer active playing members. All you need to do is register your copy of the program and we'll send you the appropriate Licence Key by email.

If later your club outgrows the Lite Licence you can upgrade for the normal price at that time of the Licence you need.

Standard Licence

If you have more than 50 active playing members you need to purchase a Standard Licence.

Support

In addition to the online Help and Tutorials, we provide 24/7 self-help avenues through an online FAQ, and registered users also have access to a Forum on our website. We'll also attend to queries via email, within working hours (Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Saving Time).

Registered users are welcome to use the Forum to submit items from their "wish list" which we'll assess and if approved, prioritise and add to our development roadmap.

Upgrade Policy

Our upgrade policy is simple.

Minor or incremental changes and bug fixes are incorporated into minor versions or builds, for example version 1.3 or 1.4. Registered users can upgrade minor versions for free, just by downloading and installing the current install set or update patch.

Significant changes in the feature set are released as major versions, such as 2.0 or 3.0. Major version upgrades would also incorporate incremental changes and bug fixes. We reserve the right to charge an upgrade fee for these versions, however this will never be more than 30% of the then-current full price and will be discounted even further for recent purchasers.
